1. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agents or anyone connected with the administration of this promotion.
2. The promotion shall comprise a series of 12 separate monthly free prize draws, each to be held on the last day of each month, commencing 30th January 2010. Entries to each draw will close at 23:59 GMT [BST] on the day immediately preceding the date of the draw in question. All entries received after the closing date for the preceding draw up until 23:59 GMT on that day will be entered into the next draw. The first draw will take place on 30th January 2010. The final draw will take place on 31st December 2010. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or entries not in accordance with the rules. Only one entry per person per draw.
3. There will be one prize offered in each draw. The prize will consist of 12 x £4 vouchers to be redeemed against Persil Non-Bio products from all major retailers. One £4 voucher to be used each month for a year. Only one entry per person per month. No person may win more than one prize in total in this promotion, regardless of the number of entries submitted and the number of draws entered. The winner of any given month will not be allowed to re-enter any subsequent draw in this promotion.
4. No cash alternative is available.
5. Each draw will take place under independent supervision. The winner shall be drawn at random from all valid entries received after the previous draw and before 23:59 on the day immediately preceding the draw. In the event that only one valid entry is received for a particular draw, that entry will win the prize for that draw. Each winner will be notified via email within 28 days of the relevant draw, and asked to claim their prize. Prizes remaining unclaimed 28 days after the winner is notified will be forfeited, and the promoter reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative winner determined in accordance with these rules. The decision of the independent adjudicator is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any technical reason.
7. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
8. Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
