This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
To claim your digital coupon from Meta, please click the ‘Get Offer’ link on the advertisement and input your full name, email address and mobile telephone number on the sign-up form. You also have the option to answer three questions about your content preferences, in the electronic form after you have filled in the entry instructions for the promotion. You will then receive an SMS/text message with a link to a digital coupon.
There will be a maximum number of 6,000 ‘£1 OFF’ digital coupons available for redemption from the Promoter on 09:00 BST 30/10/2023. The promotion ends on 26/11/2023 23:59 BST or upon redemption of all available coupons, whichever occurs first.
The promotion is limited to one entry per person per email address. No entrants may obtain more than one coupon.
No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will be only accepted if they comply with entry instructions.
Each digital coupon can be redeemed once. Once digital coupon link has been received via text you will have exactly 7 days from the time of receipt in which to use your coupon before it expires. Please do not attempt to use this digital coupon once expired as refusal to accept may cause embarrassment and delay at the checkout.
To use the coupon in store you will need to click the link in the text message and select to “unlock” your coupon. Once the coupon is unlocked you will have 20 minutes in which to use it – please only unlock the coupon once you are at the tills and ready to pay to avoid coupon expiry and disappointment.
This original digital coupon (not a copy) can be used to redeem £1 off Persil Ultimate Liquids 34w packs only, this includes Persil Ultimate Non-Bio Aloe Vera, Persil Ultimate Active Clean, and Persil Ultimate Touch of Comfort 34w packs product range at participating UK ASDA and Tesco, (excluding online). The remaining balance must be paid by you.
Only one original digital coupon (not a copy) can be used per person and per transaction.
Applicable to participating UK ASDA and Tesco.
All Persil products included in the promotion are subject to availability at participating UK ASDA and Tesco. If none of the selected products are available, this coupon cannot be used against any other product as an alternative. Please do not attempt to redeem the digital coupon against any other brand.
ASDA and Tesco remain free at all times to set their own prices.
This digital coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon offer, but it can be used alongside in-store promotions if applicable. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
This digital coupon may not be auctioned, sold, traded, transferred, or assigned.

Promoter reserves the right to refuse payment for coupons if it has reason to believe that they have been accepted other than in accordance with these terms.
Distribution channel is via Persil META paid media. The promotion is in no way sponsored by META. Entrants are providing the information to the Promoter and not META. Entrant release META from all claims and liabilities arising in respects of this promotion.
By signing up for a coupon you are accepting to receive an SMS/text message containing the digital coupon link and reminder text to remind you to redeem your coupon.
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
Once you have redeemed your coupon and purchased a product, you will receive an SMS/text message to review the product and post your review on the brand website. Should you elect to provide a comment and/or feedback you consent to the use of the comment on Persil brand, or the retailer’s website without any compensation payable to you, into perpetuity and on a global scale. By providing product feedback you are giving permission for the Promoter to upload your review onto the brand website and retailer site. Feedback is anonymous and optional.
By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
