Sunday Lunch in Brazil

In Brazil, it is very common for families to come together for a big Sunday meal. Even when members of the family move away, they try to come home as often as they can for these special meals.

Every weekend, Clara's Mum spends hours preparing this meal for the family. When Clara heard that her brothers and uncles were all coming in from out of town for a very special Sunday meal, she volunteered to help her mother. Clara took charge of collecting all of the vegetables needed for the meal from the family's garden nursery.

It certainly is a dirty job, but her mother's amazing cooking and the arrival of her brothers and uncles make it all worthwhile!
