The importance of education goes beyond the academic essentials of children learning to read and write. Making friends, getting creative, being messy and learning from their mistakes are all experiences that are just as crucial in their development.

Persil teamed up with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) to launch Learning for Tomorrow, a global campaign to promote the importance education, in 2015. We’re working with the experts at UNICEF to help children from around the world gain the access they need to a quality education.

Around 58 million children do not have access to primary education and there are some parts of the world that lack trained teachers or appropriate classroom facilities. This leaves 130 million school leavers without the skills they need. Learning for Tomorrow wants to help them.

Alongside UNICEF, we are helping 10 million children in Brazil, Vietnam and India gain access to early learning and an education taught by trained teachers who speak their native language. Not only this, we’re helping ensure their classrooms have everything they need.
