The Autograph Poster Competition – Spring 2024
This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
To enter:
Use the hints and tips provided by @NicoleHolliday, @NicoleHollidayx, @Frimpon and @ChrisMD on Twitter and Instagram to find one of 7 posters autographed by Bukayo Saka across North London on 27 March.
The first person to find each autographed poster wins that poster.
The promotion is limited to one autographed poster per person.
All posters will be in safe locations away from busy traffic and any other hazards. No posters will be on private property.
The posters will be available to find from 10:00 GMT on the 27 March. All posters must be claimed by 16:00 GMT on 27 March.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
If any group of people elects to collaborate on finding the posters, they are required to designate one person as the agent of the group to agree to these terms and conditions and accept the prize on behalf of the group.
By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
There are 7 winners. Each winner will win one poster signed by Bukayo Saka.
The winner’s(s’) details (name and county) may be made available on request to those writing to UKIcare@unilever.com within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope.
The entrants and winners may be filmed / photographed / interviewed by the Promoter or on our behalf on the 27 March. By signing the Release Form, the entrants and winners grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute and make derivative works of such footage, photographs, testimonials in any media and through any media channel.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter or Instagram. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter. Entrants release Twitter and Instagram from all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the promotion.
By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
