Samsung x Home Bargains In-Store Competition 2025

 

  1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.  

 2. The following are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 

 How to Enter  

1. To enter, scan the QR code on the Persil and Samsung Washing Machine poster, on display in participating Home Bargains stores, and complete the form. 

 2. The opening date for entries is 00:00 BST on 20/08/2025 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 BST on 02/09/2025 (Closing Date). There will be 5 prize draws after the Closing Date in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

3. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid email address is required. 

  Entry Requirements  

1. The promotion is limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize. Prizes are limited to one per household. 

2. Any use by entrants of multiple identities or identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement. 

3. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. 

4. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Prizes   

1. The prize will be a Samsung Series 6 AI Energy + Auto Dose WW11DG6B85LEU1, WiFI-enabled, Washing Machine, 11kg – White including delivery and installation of the machine. There are 5 prizes in total. Each of the 5 winners will receive 1 Samsung Series 6 AI Energy + Auto Dose WW11DG6B85LEU1, WiFI-enabled, Washing Machine, 11kg – White including delivery and installation of the machine.  

2. Only one entry per person is permitted during the Promotional Period. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

  Selection of Winners   

1. All valid entries received on or before the Closing Date will be entered into a random selection tool, from which five winners will be chosen at random after the Closing Date. The winners will be notified via email from unilevercustomercare@unileverconsumerlink.co.uk within 28 days of the closing date. The winners must claim their prize by responding to the email confirming their full name and address within 7 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules. 

2. If you are selected as a winner and Unilever receives a request from a consumer to confirm that a valid prize award took place, Unilever will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid prize award took place, we will share information such as your first and last name directly with them.  

3. The winners’ details (initials of first and last name) may be made available on request by emailing ukicare@unilever.com within 4 weeks of the closing date. 

General Terms  

1. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules.  All entry instructions form part of the rules.  

2. The Promoter, Unilever, reserve the right to terminate this Promotion early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control.   

3. Entrants’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents. Entrant’s details will not be passed onto other third party for any other purpose without prior consent. Entrants' personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html   

4. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
