1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

How to Sign Up

2. To enter the promotion for a chance to win a Persil Dazzling White Padel Bundle:

a. Complete and submit the online form at persil.com/uk/win-a-padel-kit-for-2.html

with your first name, last name and email address and tick the box to ensure you accept the Terms & Conditions. There is an option to tick a box to opt-in to Unilever marketing communications, which is not mandatory.

b. Entrants must visit persil.com/uk/win-a-padel-kit-for-2.html via email newsletter communications from Persil UK. Entrants cannot sign up if they have not received the email from Persil UK to participate. No purchase is necessary.

c. In entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the bundle prize. The promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the promotion.

3. The opening date to claim your Persil Dazzling White Padel Bundle via the online form is 18:00 BST on 17/07/2025 and the closing date to claim will be 23:59 BST on 24/07/2025.

4. The prize includes only one Persil Dazzling White Padel Bundle is available to win. The bundle will be delivered to UK addresses only, any entry outside of the UK would be rendered void.

5. No applications from agents, third parties or in bulk, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted submissions will be accepted.Entries on behalf of another person will be not accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed.Submissions will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

6. The promoter reserves al rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion.

7. The promotion is limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one bundle.

8. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

9. Responsibility is not accepted for submissions lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

Prize

10. There is 1 winner and there is one Persil Dazzling White Padel Bundle in total. The winner will be randomly selected after competition with a random selection tool, after the closing of the form at 23:59 BST on 24/07/2025. The breakdown of the Bundle are as follows:

2x Persil Wonder Wash branded tops

2x Persil Wonder Wash Dazzling White 31 washes

2x Padel rackets

On the following pages of the online form, you will enter your postal details and the cost of the bundlewill be expensed by the Promoter. The bundle will endeavour to be dispatched within 1-2 weeks of the winning consumer providing their address. However, if unforeseen delays occur, this may delay dispatching for up to 3 weeks. We shall not be liable if the bundle does not arrive at all, provided such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. The bundle is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The bundle is not transferable.

12. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the sample/bundle for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. If we cannot fulfil the sample/bundle, any postage paid by the consumer will be refunded.

Selection of the Winner:

13. All valid entries received on or before the closing date will be entered into a random number generated prize draw. The first entry drawn at random, after the closing date, will win the bundle prize.

14. The winner will be notified by email from unilevercustomercare@unileverconsumerlink.co.uk within 7days of the closing date/ The winner must claim their prize by responding to the email within 24 hours.If the bundle prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.

15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Twitter /Facebook / Instagram. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter. Entrants release Facebook /Instagram from all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the Promotion.

16. The Promoter, Unilever, reserve the right to hold void, terminate or amend this sampling campaign early due to circumstances rendering it necessary to do so.

17. 18. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
