This promotion is open to residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
To enter:
Purchase any Persil product instore at Asda or online at Asda.com between 29/11/2023 and 26/12/2023 and retain your till or electronic receipt as proof of purchase as you will be asked to produce this if you are one of the lucky winners.
If you are shopping instore, scan the QR code on the promotional materials displayed either at the shelf in the aisle or at the promotional display.

Complete the online entry form with your details to be entered into the Promotion, including first name, last name and email address.
The opening date for entries is 00:01 GMT on 29/11/2023 and the overall closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 26/12/2023.
The promotion is limited to one entry per person, per email address. No entrant may win more than one prize.
Entrants who use anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable, Mailinator or Apple’s “Hide my Email” feature will not be entered into the promotion.
No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
In total there are 5 Prizes available to be won. Each Prize consists of a Family Weekend in London for up to 2 adults and 2 children. There will be no other substitute Prize and no further alternative will be offered to the winners. If the Prize is not claimed, another winner will be selected.
Prize specifics:
There are 5 x Prizes each consisting of a Family Weekend in London for the Winner and 1 additional adult and up to 2 children aged 18 and under (Winner and Family). This includes:
2 nights hotel accommodation including breakfast in a central London 4* hotel for Winner and Family; and
Activities for Winner and Family comprising of: a Wonka inspired themed afternoon tea at One Aldwych; and
Chocoholics chocolate making workshop & goodie bags. (All activities are subject to availability, where activities are fully booked on chosen dates or are not deemed suitable in relation to height or age restrictions an alternative with be offered).
A Wonka themed hamper including film merchandise; and
Financial contribution of £250 per family member for travel, subsistence, and spending money up to a maximum of £1,000 for the total family which will be paid via cheque which will be sent to the winner by post within 28 days of the prize acceptance (together “the Prize”)
Each selected winner will be required to submit 3 preferred dates from and including 3 March 2024 until 30 June 2024 for the Family Weekend in London with at least 6 weeks' notice for the first preferred date being provided.
Apart from the financial contribution mentioned above, no other food, drinks, or any expense of any kind are included in the prize and the winner will be responsible for covering any additional costs and expenditure.
The winner shall remain at all times responsible for their family members.
The winner may be asked for a credit card on check in at their hotel to cover any extras. They must be able to provide one and cover any additional costs.
The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part unless otherwise stated above.
It is the responsibility of the winner to supply the correct postal address for the delivery of the Wonka themed hamper. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery caused by the provision of wrong information or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control. This includes, as an example, Royal Mail postal strikes which may lead to the hamper delivery being delayed. The hamper will be delivered by a delivery service. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
All valid entries received on or before the closing date will be entered into a random number generator. The first 5 entries drawn at random will win the Prize as outlined in clause 10.
By entering the promotion, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be used by the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion only, including contacting winning entrants. Entrants also acknowledge that when a third party asks for confirmation of a winner of a competition a promoter is required to provide the name of that winner and the county that he or she lives in.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. Each winner will be notified by email from Umbrella (the Promoter’s agency who will be fulfilling this prize) by 10th January 2024 that they have won the prize. Each winner must claim their Prize by responding to the email confirming their full name, mobile number, postal address and provide their original itemised till/digital receipt within 7 days of receiving the email. If the Prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed Prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
Winners’ details (name and county) may be made available on request to those writing to : 8065 Winners List ASDA Persil Wonka, PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR within 10 weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope.
Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 14 by emailing queries@promotions.uk.com. However, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 14 upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).
The Winner and Family may be filmed / photographed / interviewed by the Promoter or on our behalf during the weekend. The Winner and Family grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute and make derivative works of such footage / photographs / testimonials in any media and through any media channel.
The Winner and Family may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
This promotion will be run by the Promoter and is not in any way administered by Warner Brothers Distribution.
By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
